This is not a traditional training course, but rather a tool that you can use for actual project reviews as well as to drill yourself in using structured key questions in order to identify risks. You may perform as many reviews as you like, using a single project (potentially at different points in time) or reviewing several different ones. The module is FREE, but requires that you have completed the Project risk management course.

This is a test course with not very much interesting content. :-)

This mini-course is focused on customer discovery interviews as a key technique for understanding customer-perceived problems. Note the term discovery: This is not about getting potential customers to approve or praise your solution, or even to discuss it. Rather such interviews are about discovering what you do not yet know about customer needs, problems and preferences. You need to plan and conduct the interviews in a quite specific way in order to reduce the risk of 'false positives', i.e. feedback that you wrongly interpret as very positive for you business idea, but that really is not.
